This is mobile programming for any gym, back yard, living room, and maybe even at your desk at work. So get down and party where you’re at. We’re not trying to replace the gym, this is about helping those who don’t have access, or need a little something different than what they are getting at the local gym.
We recommend dumbbells and a jump rope to start. Every workout is scalable. We’re here to meet you where you’re at.
If you’re looking for specifics, here are the three equipment phases:
There’s no weight limit, no skill limit, and no judgment. These programs are for individuals who train alone, at home or in the gym, without a coach, mentor or a guiding hand. Each training program includes daily workout delivery via mobile app, auto strength tracking, in app goal setting, training session/exercise notes, technique demo videos, and team leaderboards.
Prior to starting the Fitness to Fit Program we would encourage you to attend the fundamental class.
At SquareONE Rehabilitation we do not make clients sign yearly contracts. Instead you pay monthly and cancel at anytime.
