Dr. Capitano is a Chiropractor and the owner of SquareONE Rehabilitation. He received his B.A. (Criminal Justice) from the University of Winnipeg in 1989 and his B.Sc. (Human Biology) and Doctor of Chiropractic degrees from the National College of Chiropractic in 1993 and 1995 respectively. Dr. Capitano also went on to complete a 200 hour Post Graduate Certification in Chiropractic Rehabilitation from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1995. Dr. Capitano recently attained his American College of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer Certification and Exercise is Medicine Level 1 Certification. A credential that is known as a gold standard around the world allowing him to implement safe, effective exercise programs, and modify them to meet the specific needs of patients and clients.
While in private practice, he has furthered his knowledge of acupuncture through continuing education courses. In 2003 he completed his first level in GTT (Gokavi Transverse Technique), in 2012 he completed Functional Integrated Needling for Pain Management and in 2015 he completed Functional Integrated Needling for Sports Injury Management. By 2011 Dr. Capitano completed all three levels of Active Release Techniques certification, a soft tissue/movement based technique to treat musculoskeletal conditions. In 2013 he completed his advanced course in Graston Technique, an Instrumented assistant soft tissue technique for treating musculoskeletal conditions. And by 2015 he completed the Functional Range Release soft tissue management system and Functional Range Conditioning mobility to assist with injury management and sports performance.
Dr. Capitano brings his clinical experience to his current work as a lifestyle chiropractic health coach focused on the prevention of chronic lifestyle-related disease. Tyla has special interest in furthering her knowledge base; to help develop a comprehensive understanding of each company’s unique case management requests and administrative processes. Tyla believes in holding herself accountable in delivering the most efficient and caring customer service experience for the client and patients alike.
Tyla loves reading, writing, listening to music, and hanging out with her family and friends during her spare time. Tyla is committed to excellence in service and looks forward to meeting each and every one of you and helping you in any way she can!
Tanisha is a passionate student of movement, who believes in the age old saying ‘if you don’t use it, you lose it!’ With her BA in Kinesiology and Applied Health from the University of Winnipeg, she's been able to use her knowledge of prevention and care, and customer service skills in many fields.
For four years she worked within the nonprofit sector as a coordinator and facilitator for school aged children, where she developed her program planning skills. She also has two years of experience working as a physiotherapy aide and has enjoyed making patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their rehab journey.
As she continues her studies in education, with the goal to inspire children and youth to adopt and practice healthy habits to improve their mental and physical wellness over a lifetime. When she is not studying or working, she enjoys trying new activities, working out and taking on art/diy projects.

Brandon graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of arts in Kinesiology and then went on to get a Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Manitoba. His interest in physical therapy developed while playing more than 10 years of competitive basketball, including three years of college basketball for the University of Winnipeg. He is passionate about helping others achieve their individual goals, and is a strong believer in using an active treatment approach that includes exercise, manual therapy, and education.
Brandon believes in lifelong learning and plans to further continue his education by becoming certified in acupuncture and taking courses through the orthopaedic division.
When outside of the clinic Brandon focuses on living an active and healthy lifestyle by playing basketball, tennis, and working out at the gym.
Christian graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor in Kinesiology – Athletic Therapy degree in 2020. He is currently preparing to write the national board exam to certify as an Athletic Therapist in January of 2021, where he can utilize his knowledge and expertise in a clinical setting. He is a certified first responder and is trained in dealing with injuries from the moment they happen, to ensure the best care is provided. Christian is enthusiastic and passionate about rehabilitation by finding the best course of action for managing a variety of acute and chronic injuries.
Christian possesses skills such as massage, tissue release, taping, including a great knowledge of exercise training in order to get patients moving pain-free. Past clinical experience in addition to his role as the head student-therapist with the U of M women’s Bison’s basketball team, has allowed Christian to treat patients of all ages including high level athletes.
In his free time, Christian enjoys working out, fishing, and is an avid basketball fan. Christian looks forward to providing the best treatment in order to help you reach your goals.

Kirstie didn't always know she wanted to be a Massage Therapist, but knew that she wanted to help people. For over 4 years she worked for a life insurance company in different roles assisting people with their insurance claims. After a while she decided that she wanted to change her career to something that would allow her to help people in person. That's when she decided to go to school for massage therapy. During her time in school she learned that her passion revolved around using massage therapy to help improve the mental well being of people she worked with, and helping them achieve a calm and balanced state with relaxation massage.
After graduating in January 2019, she was hired at one of Winnipegs top spas, where she was able to expand her skills of providing treatments that focused on relaxing and soothing the body and mind. Kirstie is also certified to perform hot stone massage, and as a result loves to incorporate thermotherapy, aromatherapy, and/or basic chakra work in her treatments where applicable. Her hopes are to pursue Reiki, Thai Massage, Shiatsu, and other energy based modalities in the future.
In her spare time Kirstie is an avid traveller and gardener. She also enjoys all types of music, textile design, sewing, cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband and dog.

Ms. Christine Zamick is an experienced Registered Massage Therapist. Using a variety of massage techniques, each treatment plan is designed based on the client’s specific wants and needs and is always changing depending on what is needed during each visit.
Ms. Christine Zamick is an experienced female RMT in that she specializes in injury prevention and Injury recovery, and relaxation massage. She is passionate about the work she does and feels honoured to contribute to the health of others.

Dawn always had an interest in helping people. For the past 20 years, she has volunteered and worked in various hospitals. She worked as a respite worker, healthcare aide, and disability specialist. She became interested in helping individuals prevent and manage advanced and chronic diseases in a holistic fashion. She decided to pursue a career in massage therapy.
Dawn graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2008 and started practicing soon after graduation. She has her career focusing on treating individuals with advanced diseases, which led to her returning to school to take her Interdisciplinary Health Science Degree to increase her ability to help her clients. She plans to finish her Interdisciplinary Health Science Degree with a Minor in Psychology in the next year. She aims to pursue a career in massage therapy research to increase the knowledge base of using massage therapy to help individuals with advanced diseases.
In her spare time, Dawn enjoys painting, teaching the canning and food preservation methods, being outdoors, exercising, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Dawn Marie Steliga, Registered Massage Therapist
Patti graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutritional Sciences. She then completed her Dietetic Internship through the Manitoba Partnership Dietetic Education Program and received her Registered Dietitian (RD) designation in January 2021.
Patti’s primary goal in her work as a Registered Dietitian is to help individuals improve their nutritional health and overall well-being by providing them with the tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle that meets their own unique health needs. Patti’s priority in her nutrition counselling is to maintain a client-centered approach and provide culturally appropriate care in order to best meet the needs and goals of her clients. She believes in the Health at Every Size approach which focuses on weight-neutral care and is passionate about helping people foster a positive relationship with food. Patti believes that eating should be enjoyable and that all foods can fit into a healthy lifestyle. Patti uses evidence-based strategies to help clients navigate the conflicting messages in today’s world regarding fad diets and diet culture messaging and to improve their own overall health. Throughout her dietetic internship, Patti worked with a variety of disease states and conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings with clients of different ages, ethnic backgrounds, and socioeconomic status. She has a strong nutrition background and knowledge of medical nutrition therapies, with specific experience working with geriatric and pediatric populations.
Patti works with clients to develop individualized plans to assist them in achieving their nutrition and health goals. Her favourite aspect of working with clients is the ability to provide one-on-one nutrition counselling and education. Patti provides clients with the resources and guidance to help them successfully achieve long-term behavior change and meet their unique goals. She is excited to work with clients experiencing musculoskeletal injuries and other related nutrition issues in this setting.

Cheryl graduated from the University of Manitoba and attained her Bachelor of Social Work and Applied Counselling Certificate. She is a Registered Social worker with the Manitoba College of Social Work and has a School Clinicians certificate. During her over 20 year career she has had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings such as elementary schools, hospitals, domestic violence shelters, and addictions centres. Cheryl has provided counselling to individuals, children and families over the years, assisting them with a broad range of issues. Some of the issues she specializes in include anxiety and depression, self esteem, managing stress, addictions, domestic violence, trauma, and crisis intervention. Cherly's therapeutic approaches predominantly include Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Cheryl feel's that some of her best qualities are that she is genuine and offers compassion and understanding. Cheryl works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain personal growth. She believe's that no two individual experiences are the same and as a result her approach with each client varies according to their individual needs.
When Cheryl is not counselling she enjoy's being with her family. She loves to cook and is always trying something new. She has a creative side as she loves to draw, paint and build things. Cheryl usually has at least two projects on the go at all times. She also has a passion for music and singing - there is almost always music playing in her house, and she believes she has passed her love of music on to her children.

Michelle Walchuk graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education Degree. She extended her education with taking different courses, and continues to grow and learn. She is excited to apply her knowledge to clients through fitness programs and help steer them in the direction of achieving their personal goals while living a healthy and active lifestyle.
Michelle’s passion for fitness started at a young age as a soccer player. She was active on many teams until she suffered from an injury which led her to surgery and intense treatment. Throughout her soccer career she suffered from some concussions and injuries. Michelle continues to learn about different injuries and looks forward to sharing her knowledge to help motivate and inspire her clients. Michelle is hard working, determined, and looks forward to taking on this journey with her clients to help them be the best version of themselves.

Deb graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1989 with a Masters in Physical education and a BPE in Physical Education with a minor in Psychology.
Deb is a strong believer in exercise as preventative medicine, and
believes strength training plays an important role in living a healthy life,
allowing for both physical longevity, and
a better quality of life.
Deb grew up in rural Manitoba learning to appreciate nature and its magical ability to relieve stress. In her spare time, you will find her “practicing what she preaches”, and coming up with new ways to help people live their best lives.
Debra Bruce, BPE, MPE, Certified Health Coach
Sosa is a Certified Personal Trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), and is currently taking his Bachelor of Kinesiology & Exercise Science degree at the University of Winnipeg. He is still expanding his knowledge by acquiring specialized certifications in personal training and virtual coaching. He is keen on applying all his knowledge and experience through resistance based programs that aid clients in improving their physiques. Training since he was 12 years young, Sosa utilized mainly callisthenic movements, which enabled him to have a solid foundation.
He has branched out further into strength training, powerlifting, and Olympic weightlifting. The strong foundation he built in his first few years of training allowed him to be injury free when advancing into more difficult forms of resistance training. After 8 years of training Sosa is very well versed with both knowledge and experience that can help anyone reach their fitness goals.
